Certification does not replace permits: the fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) dossier, permits and environmental registration are still done separately. For food in particular: a facility with a valid GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC or FSSC 22000 certificate is not subject to the Food Safety Certificate (point k, Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree No. 15/2018/NĐ-CP), but must still meet the food safety conditions.
