Privacy policy
This page explains what information Thái Tín collects when you browse the website or leave your contact details, what it is used for and how long it is kept.
1. When you only browse the website
The website records page views so Thái Tín knows which articles are useful and can improve its content. It records: the pages you view, time spent on each page, how far you scroll, whether you tap Call, Zalo or Telegram, your device and browser type, where you came from (for example Google or Facebook), and your IP address with the last digits masked.
Website does not use tracking cookies, and Thái Tín does not sell or share this data. Each browser stores a random code on your device to link page views together; this code contains no name or phone number.
If your browser has “Do Not Track” turned on, the website does not record your visits.
2. When you message us in the chat box
What you type in the “Message Thái Tín” box is forwarded straight to Thái Tín through an internal message, together with the page you are on and your device type, so Thái Tín can read it and get back to you. If you add a phone number or Zalo, Thái Tín uses it to call or message you back.
You only need to send information about your company; there's no need to send ID numbers, account numbers, or passwords.
3. How long we keep it, who we share it with
Visit logs are kept for about 13 months and then deleted automatically. Contact details you leave are kept while we are in contact and for as long as needed to help you. Thái Tín does not sell information and only shares it with professional partners when you agree, so they can work on your case.
4. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you left by calling or messaging on Zalo 0945 888 666. Thái Tín handles requests during working hours (Monday – Saturday, 8:00 – 18:00).
